I have 90 volvo 240 it has 160000 on it. Super nice but front end is rattling ect. Mechanic said its time for new strut mounts; struts; and lower ball joints. His labor is going to be 275 with front end aligned. That leaves me with 275 for parts. What is my best option. Hear so many horror stories. The mechanic wanted to order Monroe parts. I saI'd I would shop around and furnish the parts. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

 

Get OEM mounts, shocks and ball joints are not that much. FCP, IPD, many options. The mounts are quite important.
