Depends on what you need. Parts that are needed to actually run the car are available after market and OEM, things like, fuel pumps, brakes, etc. Body parts, things that keep the car pretty, forget it! Long NLA (no longer available)! Best is to have a good source for used parts, like a junkyard close to where you are. I needed a radiator for a 740 last week, went to PickNpull, got a $40 one from a 240, great deal, done!
Ii depends on the dealer as well. I had my local dealer tell me the parts I wanted were NLA, but when I called Tasca Volvo in RI they told me they could be had if I was willing to wait up to 6 weeks for them to come directly from Sweden. I waited and got my parts.
