Just a few days ago I switched out an OD relay and was happy to have a smooth shifting tranny again. But today I take my son to school and as I turn the wheel to the left the car dies. When I restart the car, the yellow arrow signifying the OD thingy is lit up again and I can't get rid of it. So, time to put in another good relay.

My question is this: What the heck could be causing the car to die when I turn the steering wheel too far to the left? Obviously it's a short somewhere, but where?

Anyone else ever experience this?

Is it the power steering? Im no mechanic, but when you turn the wheel to the far left or far right, the power steering really kicks in on my car...
