the resistors on the turbo cars are there because the high flow injectors that the turbo uses are low impedance, so the series resistance limits the current through the injectors. the current path is like battery+ -> 'radio suppression relay' -> resistor -> injector -> ECU... the ECU 'grounds' the signal to turn on the injectors.

the pinout for a LH2.4 turbo ECU is as follows, i'm getting this off the greenbook wiring diagram for a 940 turbo, but all LH2.4's are pretty much the same.

pin 1 - signal from ICU (ignition timing?)
pin 2 - throttle position switch at idle
pin 3 -
pin 4 - unswitched power from fuse 1
pin 5 - main ground
pin 6 - ground to AMM
pin 7 - signal in from AMM
pin 8 - signal out to AMM
pin 9 - main switched power from fuel injection relay 87/1
pin 10 - low speed circuit from cooling fan
pin 11 - high speed circuit from cooling fan
pin 12 - diagnostic box pin 2
pin 13 - input from temp sensor
pin 14 - input from AC
pin 15 - input from AC
pin 16 -
pin 17 - ground
pin 18 - fuel injectors
pin 19 - jumper to ground
pin 20 - control output to fuel pump relay
pin 21 - control output to fuel injection relay
pin 22 - output to ICU
pin 23 - to AMM on B230GT only
pin 24 - input from OX sensor
pin 25 - output to ICU
pin 26 - output to OD indicator
pin 27 -
pin 28 - input from ICU
pin 29 - jumper to ground
pin 30 - input from starter circuit
pin 31 -
pin 32 -
pin 33 - output to idle air control
pin 34 - input from cruise control
pin 35 - ignition key switched power

Thanks for the reply... how about the visual layout to determine which pin is which number?,also i should probe the connector side , and not the computer correct... I cleared the codes and ran the car with a trick relay to see if it would overcome the problem , the only code I came up with now is a "232 " , I do have a small fuel leak at the return line into the tank, The tube broke where the fuel hose attaches , looking for a replacement now, do you think this minor leak could be causing big issues , thanks again Ben 307m780 5658

Default 232 code

Steve , you may want to check your AMM or Maf ... the unit on top of the air cleaner box , cant remember its exact name at the moment , my problem was a toasted e.c.u. , replaced it and a few other pieces , turned up the boost on my manual boost controler , built a real ram air system and a performance exhaust ...and my 91 turbo 740 Screams , I am going to throw some " Chippys " I think from The Elusive " Lost Art Guy and a 3 inch downpipe on it and goin huntin with it haha good luck

2-3-2 means too rich OR too lean (nice its so specific). could be a lot of causes, from a leaking injector, to incorrect fuel pressure (bad fuel pressure regulator), to a worn out O2 sensor to ??? also can be air leaks in the intake manifold downstream from the MAF, or from the intake manifold gasket.
