Default Transmission fluid type?

Somewhat confused here

I have a 1982 GLT 244 Volvo automatic transmission. In the Volvo 240 series manual, it says under "Automatic Transmission Fluid Type*"

* 1982 and 1983 Aisin Warner 70/Aisin Warner 71 transmissions were filled with the factory type F automatic transmission fluid. Dont add Dexron II to these transmissions unless you are certain that it is a new or rebuilt trnsmission that was filled with Dexron II to begin with."

Questions:

1) Should I assume that my car was fitted with Aisin Warner 70/71 transmission or is there somewhere on the car that I can check?

2) I have been using Pennzoil Type F automatic Transmission fluid ATF. Is that correct?

3) If 2) is no, what should I be using?

4) My transmission accelerates and doesn't switch into the next gear unless I take my foot off the gas pedal, and then put my foot back on (in other words it keeps accelerating in the same gear). What could be the problem?

5) Has anyone tried RiSlone 2 Step Automatic Transmission Repair
Product #38-0651-2 on CanadianTire.ca ? Could that help my car?

Thanks for any help :-)
