Question Two Weber 40's enough fuel for a cam?

On next Tuesday I going over to pick up two (used) Weber 40 DCOE carbs because my original Solex Cisac is shot out and doesn't keep in tune.
I was wondering if those two 40's are enough if I want to get a bigger cam in the near future. A Finnish tuning shop within mail order distance of me sells two types of decent looking cams they make in house with one being slightly tamer than a GT6 and the other being a bit above in terms of lift.
This question popped into my mind because while looking at the GT6 cam a lot of people seem to be recommending at least 2x 45 DCOE if not bigger.
The car in question is a 1984 242 with a B19K engine that's (mostly) stock.
The Carbs I'm omw to get come with the following jets according to the seller and I am aware that I'll most likely need to change some of these:
Idle 55f17
air 170
mix f16
pump 35
start 65f5
40mm chokes

I will appreciate your insight.

sure twin DCOEs should be good enough for a cam and can get you to the 150 hp range for a 2L 4 cylinder.
