I recently thort I was going blind...driving the Ovlov at night was becoming a real challenge...then I noticed the headlamp reflectors had become rusty looking pieces of old iron.
What to do? All the 240 headlamps at the breakers yard were exactly like mine, except there was a nice late model 740 that still had amazingly bright lookin' reflectors. I thort there may be a way to fit them to the Ovlov

Check out the pics and try this upgrade to yor 240 lights..now I need to wear sunnies at night coz they're SO BRIGHT and all for only ten bucks. If you need instructions, let me know....

Very nice, I'll keep an eye out for a 740 next time I'm at the yard.

 

Zloe...don't bother...he's in Australia! The 740's didn't get those single headlights in the US...chances of finding one converted to Euro headlamps is slim and none...

 

I guess there would be alternative makes with reflectors that would fit....
I thought about getting the originals chrome plated, but that would be a little more expensive.
Ovlov hit 360,000kms today...with brighter than bright headlamps on obviously.
