Default Vacuum Line Needed?

While checking an engine code I noticed that there appeared to be a open vacuum line "port" (a outlet that needs a vacuum line). My repair manual doesn't have a vacuum line schematic, so I thought I'd ask here. It's a 1992 240 wagon w/ automatic.

Anyone recognize it?

Thanks,

Mark

See if there's vacuum lines missing from your intake manifold. I can't really tell what it is. Never seen it before. Does that car have cruise control?

The white port doesn't get a vacuum line to it.

That is the cruise control pump assembly.
The white port is a pressure release port.
