Default Values for B23A coolant temp sensor?

I suspect it's not working right, at 15 ºC/60 ºF it's 1.10 ohm at 100 ºC/212 ºF it read 0.10 ohm. Does this indicate a defective unit?

as a general guide, temp sensors should be ~3000 ohms at room temp (even higher at colder ambient temps) and fall to ~300 ohms at 100C. So either you have a defective sensor or your multimeter was on an incorrect range reading. I'd recheck your meter's set up and calibration and retest then make a call.

It's for the dash gauge, I believe.
