Voltage on cold start valve Volvo 240 1990
Does anyone know if there is 12 volt that is the voltage on the cold start valve, or is it another voltage. It is hard to get an exact reading. I guess it is because it is only on for an short periode. Depends how cold it is. I have big problem starting when it is colder than 8-10 degree Celsius. The coolant temp sensor is working well, that I have testet. Engine B230F
Thanks form Norway if somebody knows.

one pin of the CS injector gets its power from the main relay (often called fuel pump relay), same as all the other injectors, and the other pin is momentarily 'grounded' by the ECU to fire the cold start injector, just for a second or so when you crank.... easiest way to see if its being fired is to get a couple 'noid lights', you plug these in between the injector and its cable, and they blink when the injector is fired.
