Default Voltage Regulator/Alternator Issues?

Hey, everyone...

I've noticed recently a few quirks in my 1992 940 Turbo. When initially started, the Service light is on with the Overdrive-Off indicator (arrow). Disengaging the overdrive also turns off the engine light.

I've also noticed that when the engine rpm's were high enough (soon after driving away from the driveway), their would be an increase in power to the lights, blower, radio, etc.

Now the car will not start at all. Is this a sign of a bad voltage regulator? I hope so. They look like an easy fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like it may be an alternator/regulator issue. Check for solid electrical connections at the alt and battery. Clean 'em up and make 'em tight.
