Issue after issue....

After using the AC for about a week my blow motor appears to be squeaking. i know from talking to several old school volvo mechanics that replacing a blower motor on a 240 is a real pain in the @ss. Is there an easier way to maybe lubricate the bushings?

 

I've read about people lubricating them but the effort involved in getting to the bearings is nearly the same as swapping in a new one. And yes...replacing the motor is probably the single most involved process on a 240. I'd much rather pull the cylinder head.

 

I wonder if i could maybe rig a fan blowing up from the foot well vents.... hmmmm
