Volvo 240 Engine Swap to I5 B5234T

Could someone explain to me all of the steps and procedures involved to swap a T5 into a Volvo 240?

Head over to turbobricks.com The swap has been done numerous times. There's probably a good build thread there. But...you may want to consider a 6 cylinder swap; not only easier but, many would say, a stronger engine.
