No, there isn't. You have a bad capacitor or two--they need to be replaced or another speedo installed.

 

91-92 have their own speedometer circuit board, not interchangable with other years, and quite problematic. Mine stopped going above 40MPH (at first it was intermittent, later it would never go above 40MPH). I am quite experienced at electronics, and replaced /all/ the electrolytic caps on the PCBA with quality capacitors, and that /still/ didn't fix it.
