Default Volvo 940 turbo wagon front bumper swap interchangeable with 740??

Hey guys, so I'm kind of a newbie to the volvo scene however I'm loving it already... recently picked up a 93 940 turbo wagon , was looking to do some cosmetic tweaks to give it a look I guess , so please bear with me and give me as much information as your experience has yielded you id greatly appreacte it. I really like the 740 wagon front bumpers and wanted to do a swap with my 940, I need to make sure they're interchangeable anybody done it before? Or anybody know whether those parts match up for an easy swap? I can upload images if you guys would like as well to give you a better idea what I'm talking about... please let me know!

in 1990 and again in 1991 there were sheet metal and trim changes to the fenders, hood, and grill/lights. -1989, 1990, and 1991- are all different enough that adapting pieces across that would be painful.

If the bug has really bitten, and when it does... it bites hard... it can be done. Head on over to TurboBricks or SwedeSpeed, (SP?) there's some... "less professional" turbo-dicks...but if you can get past that they'll help you out.

If you have access to tools, a drill press, some fabrication ability it's not too hard.

I'd hot rod my blender... I'm looking to put a front lower spoiler on a '94 940 off an '88 T/I myself. IF I get the solution I can believe in, I'll hit you up...

But it's "low" on the priories list under dropping a trans on my '90 T/I, and I can't do any heavy work until it warms up outside here in balmy CT where it was -31 "real feel" last week.

I never noticed those itty/bitty fog-lights on your wagon's lower bumper before Pierce...
Can you tell me about those? I'm not sure they'd hold up to New England Snows, but still... It's more like round "Hella" country when it get's cold up here but some of my summer only drivers, that would be great if they throw a lot of light. Saw another kid put some LED's behind his turbo grille...creative solution. Crees too... says you can't see the stars but it's like daylight when they're on down a dark country road at night.

Those are Hella MicroDE foglamps. 55W halogen, I put amber bulbs in them. nice crisp classic horizontal fog pattern, good for lighting the sides of the road on dark foggy nights, which we have a lot of.

turned out my wagon already had the wiring, so I just had to splice them in and acquire a factory fog switch from a 940 that came with fogs.
