Default Volvo cold start after six years mystery plug
Good morning my fellow Volvo peeps. Bunchman here with a simple question. On my 1985 Volvo 245, what is this female plug for?

It's for equipment your car doesn't have, probably for some version Volvo sold in another market... There are several unused plugs in these cars.

Thank you ☺️.. That's what I was hoping for.. Now, since I have your Volvo mind and expertise around, I have a ignition harness from a 1988 244 that looks identical to mine except for this:

Is this a fuse?

It doesn't say Volvo on it

have a part #. I was wondering if it took the place of this:
