Where to buy Air Flow Mass Meter?
I bought used MAF from www.car-part.com I bought two from the same place for $20 each. I needed the ones with the last three digits 007 When they arrived I plugged each one up to make sure they were ok. One has been living in my 88 240 for a year now. This seemed a much better deal to me than buying a new one for $400-$240 In this instance I am not afraid of used parts (the car is used too!) Make sure to install a new thermostat in the airbox or you will burn your replacement out. If you live in an area where you do not have trouble starting in cold weather you can just disconnect the hose from the exhaust to the airbox. (that is where the warm air that cooks the air mass meter comes from, the thermostat is supposed to shut the hot air off after it warms up)
