Hi

I have a 240 series 1987 sedan. My problem relates to the windscreen wipers which I have been fiddling with for some time now.

The wipers will no longer park themselves. I have to actually turn off the wipers at the right time to stop them moving.

I have cleaned the contacts in the mechanism beside the wiper motor, but have had no luck. It seems to be working correctly, but will not stop the wipers.

I am at a loss to know what to do next.

Has anyone solved a similar problem.
