Wiper motor or switch...

Wipers work fine on fast. Used to work on slow if switched to fast first. Only fast now. Washers started working about the time the slow wipers stopped, now they don't work either. Start at the motor or the switch?

As both wipers and washers are affected I would start at the switch.
