Default 01 volvo s40 wiper switch.
I have a 2001 volvo s40 and my windshield wipers on work on the first setting, the 2 other settings dont work. So my question is, is it the switch, is it a relay or is it my ecm?

Switch may be worn or maybe just have dirty contacts.
Over time dust can get into the steering column area.
Try cleaning it first.

Its not dirty. I tried replacing it with another switch and it did the same thing. Is there a relay? Also the switch I tried looked different but it still plugged in but the board was different.
