Default Yucky master cylinder

Hi everyone! Almost done with the longest brake job in (my) history. Pistons wouldnt retract even with the bleeders wide open. All new cylinders. New discs too while I was in there. Had one remaining question- the inside of my master cylinder is pretty, well, yucky. I easily washed out the front with fresh fluid and sucked it out. Is there any way to clean out the rear section? Dont really want to open up the master, but I really want to get that s___ out of there. Thanks! Dave

Just run new fluid through it. That would be the best way, you shouldn't have to take the master cylinder apart.
