I recently purchased a 264 and I’m having to replace the gas tank due to the previous owner removing it. I have bought a brand new fuel sending unit but from what I can tell there is no way to fasten the bung nut to the tank. From all the other tanks I’ve sent it’s had a locking flange welded to the tank. I purchased the tank from Rockauto. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do or maybe where to buy a different tank. Thanks.

They sent the wrong tank. I was able to get the old tank back so I’ll be ordering another new one to replace it. Thank you b
