The Turbo gauge stays straight up the whole time, but when there are a lot of RPMs the gauge moves a little bit. The thermostat gauge is all the way to the left for the first five minutes or so, then it slowly moves to the right and stops completely vertical, and stays in the same spot no matter how hot the engine gets.
