Default 1988 volvo 760 2.3l turbo timing

I have a 1988 volvo 760 turbo wagon last winter the belt slipped/stretched this is the first volvo I've owned and love the car so I am going to fix it the question I have is the crank pulley is off a few ticks so it won't fire is there any other way of lining it up without moving the rad and inter cooler out of the way thank you any help will be approached.

"Crank pulley's off"...? What do you mean, the rubber part in the middle separating?
And there is no way to "line it up"... Is the key holding the gear in place to the crank OK? If not, this the only thing you can do to line it up as you put it... Timing is not adjustable on this car.
You don't have to move the radiator and IC to work on that--there is plenty of space, just remove the fan and the shroud.
