Default 1992 960 problems

I am having a realy hard time trying to find out what the problem is with my volvo 960. I broke the timing belt about a year and a half ago and had the entire engine rebuilt. Just recently the car has had some problems with what i believe to be the timing. When the car goes into overdrive it feels like it is missing. Most of the time you feel shakes like it wants to stal out. I dont knwo where to start. I checked all of the spark plugs to make sure nothign was lose. The mechanic that i go to tells me that the timeing is ok and his solution to the problem was the the mass air meeter was dirty and he cleaed it out. The problem is still occuring though. I also replaced the radiator recently. The top transmission line going into the radiator will not stop leaking. It is tight as it will go and it seams o be leakign from the conector. I have removed it and put it back on and it seams to be ok but after about a week my transmission is dry. Thanks alot for any help i am trying to get this car working like it was when i purchased it becaus i realy dont want to get rid of it.

If it runs fine till the OD kicks in then it might be a problem with the transmission.
Have you tried sealing the threads with teflon tape?
