I have a 1997 volvo 960. I had a remote starter that has been removed but the problem I have still exists. There is not any power to the headlights, radio, directionals, dashboard Ect. before or after the key is turned on. I can not start the vehicle(no power still) I had a mechanic look at it and we replaced the ignition. Still no change..all fuses are good. Ignition coil fuses and both power relays are good. Is there any suggestions on what to check next ?

Already Tried:
checked fuses,power relays,changed ignition

 

Give battery leads and terminals a thorough clean, including where the earth (ground) attaches to the frame. Also check and cleanthe earth (ground) strap from the engine to the frame.
