Default 760 alloy window strips removal ?

Hi, 1989 760 model, anyone know how to remove the 6 silver ( or later black ) alloy / rubber strips that are sat on rear side panels / against glass, and 4 door tops / against glass, that look like they would bend if given no respect !!....uk workshop manuals no help here !
They dont appear to want to prise off, but i dont want to force, and for all i know they could be bolted and need inside door panels off.....so i thought i would pass this over to those that know hopefully on this forum !!....

If you want a smile or a laugh, it's all the same to me, check out pics of my volvo lowrider ...vol-lo-vo....if you've nothing better to do !!

On an '89, on the doors, I believe they are just pressure fitted, so they can be pried straight up. On the wagons, or estates, the very back ones, are held with plastic clips and to remove the moldings you have to pry them sideways, or horizontally-the front part is held to the pillar with adhesive tape.

On the 740s the ones on the doors lift straight UP. The ones on the back have to be pried stright toward you (as you are facing them).
