how are the 760 turbo in power and performance and are they reliable is their some bad ones.

The only difference between the 740 and the 760 is appearance items.
The radio's are usually different,Rims and a few body items. Other than that they are the exact same car.

 

Mostly the difference is appearance. Most 760s carry climate control A/C, different radios, upgraded interiors, aluminum hoods, and some badging goodies. 1988 thru 1990 760s were independent rear suspension cars, not available on 740. I have a 1990 IRS 760tic, and a 1989 740na. The 760 handles much better than the 740. Not many suspension upgrades for IRS, and more parts to fail though, your call.
