I am trying to track down a replacement remote for my '85 760 (321k miles and good for another 300k+).

I need to find out the compatible Volvo part numbers and/or FCC ID's. Can anyone help? I have spent hours searching to no avail ...

 

I don't believe any '85 Volvo had a factory remote so whatever set up you have must be after market. You'd have find out what you got and then go to the manufacturer for parts, specs, etc.

 

Okay, I thought it did have one. Nothing aftermarket was added by my parents, the original owners, I thought they just lost them.
