OK

Radio, climate control, glove box, passenger side air duct, floor panels on center console and center air dispersement are all removed.

I'm now able to push open two metal plates and actually see the heater core. I have no Idea what to remove next.

I haveVolvo MODS workshop manual it describes the entire process in some 8 or 9 steps. At this point it says to "unstrap the heater core and remove" well there is no way to
get to the heater core at this point.

Do I have to take apart the entire vacuum assembly and the blower?

Any help, links, guides to purchase or general directions would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

The instructions I have are in 8 steps.

The final step is " Remove all vent ducts attached to distribution unit and centre panel vent. Remove vacuum hoses to vacuum actuators. Remove distribution unit from car. Remove straps holding heater core to housing. Remove heater core."
