greetings chaps
im looking to put some work on my newly aquired '96 960 (pix up soon)
things i know it needs

a/c compressor - shuts on and off and doesnt blow cold
front side lights - not headlamps but side ones busted but working.
interior door panels - warped alond window sills
wipers - both windshield and headlamp
passenger right track - left track moves right reack doesnt (makes seat twist and not move foreward)
engine cleaning - sat in garage for a couple years

other than that i want to get this car looking sporty and acting it too. my brother got me into european cars and both attend socal euro events so i want to roll up nice next to his a3.

im researching:

intake kits?
exhaust kits?
aftermarket lights
ecu upgrade?
940/960 factory wing
audio upgrades
cosmetic flare?


any cosmetic and/or performance recomendations along with the fix's i already mentioned?

any other comments/suggestions? plz help me out...
