'95 960 Remote Central Locking and Alarm Module Location?
Greetings.
Was just wondering where the "Remote Control Central Locking & Car Alarm Control Module" might be hiding in the '95 960. Need to access the control module which incorporates the voltage sensewire to detect hot in run.
Is it behind the glovebox? Near the "A" pillar (what the heck is this???)?
Stumped...
Thanks a bunch!

I think it should be behind the.... ASHTRAY!?
A pillar is the front roof support, that the windshield is glued to.
B pillar is between the doors.
C pillar for the sedan is the rear roof support.
Wagons also have a D pillar.

@VDonkey:

Thanks for the heads up (of course, I'd have never guessed!).
Still have the driver's side kick panel off for other reasons (patient wife), so I suppose I'll "pillar" 'round and fingure this out, too...
Have a great day --

Update and possibly useful information:
The "Remote Control Central Locking & Car Alarm Control Module" is not in the center console area or anywhere near the ashtray: It's set in a small cradle which nestles up along the right side of the steering column near the firewall. Removal is a simple matter of urging it out of its caddy and unplugging the single four-socket connector which conveys V+, GND, Vsense, and Data.
