Hello all. New here.
Recently purchased a 96 960 and I am now having some problems.
The problem started with misfire in cyc#1 , by time I managed to get the Volvo home the car was running rough.
I checked cyc 1 Spark plug and I am getting a spark and 0.60 volt on a voltameter.
Checked fuel pressure by the fuel release valve in the rear of the rail and fuel comes gushing out.
I verified the relay for ignition module activated when the key is turned as does the fuel pump as well.
I am officially stomped on why the car will turn over but not fire up and run.
I am mechinally inclined but I am new to Volvo’s. I normally deal with Chevy and jeep. Any help on what and where to start would be appreciated.
