Default 960 oil leak on top half of cylinder head

Hello, just wanted some input regarding the oil leak i found on top half of my cylinder head,at first i suspected the spark plug oil seals and i was getting ready to tear into the top half of the head removal and when i pulled the plug boots i noticed each plug hole bone dry,i remember removing the top cover with the emblem and while engine was running i noticed oil pooling around 3 of the spark plug holes, now i suspect the top head bolts are loose and allowing oil to seep out,so what would be suggested at this point? continue with tear down and resealing top half of head and new plug tube seals? or seal only the bolts and re torquing?

I would start by replacing the oil cap seal. Also clean or replace your flame trap.

My car is '97 just bought it with 155k,i recognize that part from your pic, thanks.I will check tomorrow morning asap.BTW i re torqued the bolts holding the top cam cover(some were loose) dried off all the oil re installed coils and leak seems to have stopped.
Either way i will make sure flame trap is ok as well as the oil cap seal.
