960 parking brake installation

Default 960 parking brake installation

does anyone know the best way to get the main parking brake cable over the gas tank? and or does anyone have a link to the installation process.

.......have you tried to remove it yet.......i would say disconnect the cable from the handle in side the cabin, tie a string to it and pull from under the car this way when installing new one Just pull on the string feeding the new cable!

no can do has to come up from underneath, I thought the same thing....but will update the post on my progress.

alright im interested ......in how it plays out.....never seen this question before and my cable is stretched .....ps you might half to take the hole arm rest apart down to floor panel to see where it goes........very nasty spot above the CAT converter.......... snaking around the gas tank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!fingers crossed
