Default 960 poor power at start up

I have a late 94/95 960 with obd l. At start up the car lacks any power for about 30 to 45 seconds, then runs pretty good. Part throttle very responsive, but full throttle lags a bit. Fuel pressure is 43 psi, engine compression is 150 on all cylinders, had a code 232 and changed the fuel pressure regulator w/no new codes. the MAF has 2.3 volts on terminal 3. When unplugged runs worse. I dont know what else to do. I have also changed the spark plugs and the fuel filter. Any help is appreciated.

18 Year old car, yikes!!! Don't push it when it's cold. You should always drive a car gently until it's warmed up.

These 960's have an air pump that runs for about a minute after the car starts, maybe it's messed up.

I think that compression is low, that may have something to do with it.

$ 650? What's done is done. Just know that you paid about 3 times more than you should have at a shop.
