Either you blew up all the speakers(unlikely), check fuses, make sure amp DIN cable,is plugged into back of radio. Too many variables wiyhout physical inspection,gl.

Check connections in the back but if the unit comes on, they are likely in. Maybe your radio got shorted out somehow. What shows on the screen? Maybe your amp got unplugged under the seat. Check connections.

well the fuse was bad for the amp how ever i put another 10amp in and it blew, i put a 30amp in and it didnt blow, but the sound from the CD player was all distorted and the radio audio was ok. but i can hear noise in one of the rear speakers when there is no sound. where is the amp located?

Not a good idea to over amp a fuse. something is making it blow. I think the amp is under the passenger seat but maybe in the truck on the drivers side near the antenna. Not sure, but look there. If the amp is bad or some wire is sorting out you need to fix the wire or replace the amp before you start a fire.

How could a speaker wire get crossed? I don't think so. Likely the amp has gone bad.
