960 RPMs jumping, then stalling
Alright, I got under there this morning. The connector was clean, but the part number I got gives me a completely different sensor, with 2 wires rather than 4. This is the one I need to order, right?

Alright, so not surprisingly, the sensor is seized up and I can't get it out with my O2 wrench. I have a deep socket and a breaker bar but I can't fit the socket onto the sensor because the heat shield above the cat won't allow me the clearance, but I can't see how to get the heat shield off. Any tips?
I've got PB Blaster on it, the problem is getting enough leverage to put real torque on it. If I could get the heat shield off I can fit a socket, but the heat shield is attached with these circular-headed bolts I've never seen before, and I'm not sure how to remove it. Have you ever taken one of the shields off?
Got the crows foot, finally managed to break the old sensor out. Installed the new one, took the car out for 20 miles or so varying speeds, no CEL and no problems. Hopefully that's the end of it. Thanks again for all the help.
