Default 960 Sunroof Leak through Bolts

I have been trying to figure out where my sunroof on my 97 960 is leaking from and I know that it is a common issue with a lot of Volvos. It is pooling above the roof lining and has practically destroyed it. It will need replacing but first I'd like to seal the sunroof obviously. I've tried just sealing it with silicon both in between the sunroof and the car frame(still leaked) and where the glass sits in the sunroof rubber frame(still leaked) so I am at a loss of what to look for next. The water is leaking down where the bolts attach the sunroof to the roof of the car. I cannot find an answer to if that is where water should be coming down because it seems like a terrible design choice if so. The drains seem to be draining normally if the water gets to them so the drains are apparently clear. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've absolutely despised getting in the car every day this rainy season. Thank you in advance.

edit: if I need to completely replace the sunroof where can I find one? I've spent some time searching on google but am having trouble.

I was able to adequately seal mine with a thick bead of silicon with no leakage. I filled the entire cloth-like area between the frame and the plastic glass holder. Doesn't look very nice (but not bad either) - I'm not real concerned about the aesthetics, rather the performance - but does the job until I can find time to fully tackle the problem.
