The linkage connecting the shift lever to the transmission disconnected. I went to the local Volvo dealer and was sold a small hard rubber bushing. I inquired if I needed some type of pin to go with said bushing but I was told that is all I need. I have done some research here and elsewhere but I cannot find the answer I am looking for. Is this bushing the only thing that holds the two parts of the shift linkage together? Thanks.
