advice for selling a 760 turbo?
I'm not sure if this is where I should be posting this. I've also asked in the regional section.
I have a 1990 grey 760 turbo sedan with 101,000 miles on it. the car is really clean, new tires, leather interior is great, etc., but the transmission just died. (the car won't go into drive anymore--just P,R, and N).
Does anyone have any advice on how or where I should be selling the car, besides the obvious craigslist, ebay motors, etc. I'd had to see it broken down for parts, since it has such low mileage and is in good condition otherwise, but I would do that if need be too. So all reccomendations would be great.
Also, does anyone have a vague idea of how much I should ask for the car? Junk shops have offered about $200--but I know that if the car was parted out it would make a lot more than that. I don't know if anyone would actually buy the car right now, since they can't actually testdrive it.
I'm located in Philadelphia.
thank you.
