Default Big electrical issues. Need Help

Ok, heres the shake down. on my 88 760 tic my windows, power seats, sunroof, and locks do not work at all. The power mirrors however do. My overdrive is off and won't turn back on. I also have no blinkers. the major thing like headlights, highbeams tail lights and brakelights do work though. I have checked all of the fuses on the pannel and they are all fine. Any usefull advice as to what might be going on.

There's a wiring harness above your transmission, on the driver's side, opposite side of your overdrive actuator. Check it. They deteriorate pretty quickly. If the jacketing has come off, spread them out gently and throw some liquid tape on there.

Hope that helps
