so my girlfirends 95 960 wagon
has a problem with the blinkers
when she turns them on
they just light up solid and dont blink at all
any1 have any ideas what has happened or how to fix it?

 

This is usually the turn signal relay not working properly.

I have searched my books and can't find its location but this link is for the S90, the follow-on to the 960 so I am guessing it is the same set-up.

I had a similar problem recently where my right turn signal was stuck 'on'. The fuse was fine and all of the bulbs were lit. It turned out that the front turn signal bulb has two metal contacts on the bottom that had 'fused' together over time, causing the short. A new bulb fixed the issue.
