Hi, I have a 1997 960 and my a/c clutch fuse is blowing and I can't figure out why. The a/c fuse is ok. I have checked all of my connections and they all seem to be ok. When I turn on the a/c, as soon as the clutch starts to turn the fuse blows. Would reshimming fix this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

I'm having the same issue- so I'll bump this thread and see what happens.. anyone know why? The AC works fine until the fuse blows. No weird noises, etc. Just one day randomly decided to start blowing fuses..
