Hello All:

My wife's 960 made a clicking noise that sounded like a switch going on/off this morning when she was leaving the house.
I opened the hood and it sounded like it was coming from the right side near the belts. She had her A/C on and it sounded to me like the A/C clutch was opening and closing. Noticed last week, when it was really hot, it didn't feel that the A/C was getting very cold.


Any ideas? I have her 960 scheduled for a timing belt change this Friday as well. Could this be related?

Most likely Low on Freon.

 

Thanks Tech...Not familiar with A/C repairs and symptoms. Will have the dealer check when it goes in on Friday for the belt.

Thought about it awhile, then figured, I am a smart fellow, I can do this myself.....and I did. pretty easy at that as long as you use a guage and follow some simple directions.
