Default Doing my own tune-ups.

I would like to do my own tune-ups on my 1993 Volvo 960 I just purchased. Would this be a good, or a bad, thing? I used to work at Buick Motor Division, Engine plant #36, Flint, MI. I know all the parts, generally speaking, but I don't know that much about the proper mechanicing. Does anyone have any ideas here? Thanks.

Should not be to much of a problem for you to do.They are pretty easy to do tune ups on.The tune ups are due every 30k.Which consists of oil change, fuel fliter, air filter, spark plugs, coolant drain and refill, and an overall check of the brakes, belts and hoses. If you need any specific info on doing something let me know and I will help walk you through it.[sm=smiley2.gif]
