The vent fan speed, no matter what speed setting or mode, decreases when I accelerate and then comes back after a steady speed is attained. Any ideas, a vacuum hose maybe???

 

Here is where I would start checking for vacuum problems, the one way valves. One of mine was bad and the hoses were rotted. Not sure if yours is vacuum, CCU related or something else electrical.
