Default Grinding from right rear wheel

I have a 97 960, yesterday it started grinding from the right rear wheel area. It then made a really bad clunking sound once or twice, but then never did it again. It still grinds if i drive it and i tried to get the wheel off but it seems pretty stuck on there, even with putting WD-40 on it. This is my first RWD car so i'm not sure what it could be, I'm thinking it's a bearing but am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

I will bet the E-brake shoe lining came off and messed the rotor up.

Ding ding ding...

I pulled it apart and a chunk of the rotor (shoe mating surface) had broke off and lodged in between the rotor and the dust shield. Shoes were down to the backing as well, so he's heading out to pick up parts tomorrow and we'll try again with the right stuff.
