I'm going to be installing a new idler pulley for the serpentine belt on my 96 960 in the next couple days, in the field, so to speak. Stranded me on a trip and have to do it in a parking lot 1300 miles from home. Can anyone tell me proper torque for the bolt? OK to use the old bolt? Thanks for any info !

 

Yes ok to use old bolt. I would just tighten it good.
