Just bought a 89 760 turbo non runner. My first Volvo. Yea I know a Volvo virgin. Tried starting fluid in the intake and got it to sputter. Took the fuel line of the fuel rail and no fuel when I turn the key to start or run. Checked the fuses and are ok. Did a quick check for service manuals and slim to none that I could find. Wondering where I should start looking for a manual and shouldn't I here at least one of the fuel pumps ? I am wondering if the relay is bad but have not located it yet. Any help on these two things would be greatly appreciated.
